Jillian Owens is a creative refashionista and a dedicated environmentalist. She started refashioning her old clothes and the ones she found at second-hand shops against the rise of fast fashion giants who rely on unethical labor practices, as she says. She was broken and couldn’t afford new clothes and grabbed her scissors and needles to upgrade her old-fashioned clothes to stylish ones.
