Singapore based mother of two, Li Ming is a food artist and makes some incredible and completely edible cartoon creations for her kids. She started styling food as her son, Ivan had difficuly in coping with school and cried everyday, and her younger son Lucas wanted to bring his custom meal to his kindergarten. So she wished for making them smile every time they opened up their lunch box. Until now, Ming has created more than 100 different Japanese bento-inspired cartoon character food arts, including Spider-Man, Super Mario, SpongeBob SquarePants, Despicable Me minions and Hello Kitty. Nowadays, she is very busy with putting together some top-secret designs for her upcoming book.
