Nidhi Chanani is the name behind these beautiful and heartwarming illustrations of a couple in love. Real life isn’t a Hollywood romantic comedy. True love lies within those little intimate moments you have with your loved one. From cocking together, waking up together every day, to just randomly dancing in the living room to your favorite song. That is what is all about, and these cute drawings are a fantastic reminder of that. The one thing that makes this even more special is the fact that these drawings are inspired by the relationship that Chanani has with her own husband. “I’m a brown woman in love with a white man. I also draw gay couples. I make an effort to show the love of mixed race couples and diverse relationships.” Channani uses her talent to spread love all around her, and if you like her drawings you will be exited to know that she is is currently working on her debut graphic novel, Pashmina, which will be released in 2016.
