Stephen Wilkes is a photographer with the studio in Westport, Connecticut. He’s recognized for his fine art and editorial photography all around the globe. Stephen worked with some of the most influential magazines out there, such as National Geographic Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, Vanity Fair, Time, Sports Illustrated, London Sunday Times and many others. Recently, he embarked on a fantastic adventure called “Day to Night” project. These series of photographs are presenting the collision of daylight and night time in some of the most iconic places on earth. From the African safari and other breathtaking natural habitats to the Eiffel tower, White House and Central Park in New York City. These images, although surreal, seem very natural. Stephen managed to fuse completely opposite elements into one, creating the breathtaking and stunning composition on his photographs. For the photography lovers from New York City, there is some great news. Stephen will be holding the exhibit at the Bryce Wolkowitz gallery, from November 5th, 2015 to January 9th, 2016. If you are not able to visit his exhibit in New York, you can visit his website and enjoy the complete “Day to Night” project.
