Daniel Serva Expresses Himself Through Surreal Self-Portraits

Daniel Serva is a photographer who was born in Venezuela and now lives and works from Paraguay. He engaged in this form of art because he had some difficulty when it came to expressing feelings. So, he decided to tell how he feels through his extraordinary and surreal photography. He created a 365 days project where he took daily portraits of himself in order to tell the world his story. This project of his  is something like a diary, but only in photographs. “I don’t usually talk about my feelings, but with the help of photography, I can have a catharsis”, says the young and talented artist. All of his self-portraits are filled with surreal and dreamlike motives and details, but that is exactly what Serva wants to do – to show people all around the world the other side of reality. If you enjoyed this series of photographs, you can always visit Daniel’s Instagram and Flickr page for more of his fantastic work.
